Bearing No-Crush Wheels are bonded directly to bearings or bonded to a metal core that houses the bearings within it. Bearing No-Crush Wheels spin freely around a fixed shaft or shoulder bolt. Unlike traditional Idler No-Crush Wheels, these offer superior performance in high-speed and continuous use applications. Color

For standard Bearing No-Crush Wheels, the color of the wheel is a designation to the durometer of the polyurethane (40A = Yellow, 55A = Blue, etc.), however, ​​NoCrushWheels.com can provide specific durometers to your preferred colors at a slight upcharge, regardless of volume. Core

Molded to Bearings

In this configuration, the wheel material is directly molded to the bearing, eliminating the need for a separate core.

MOlded to Machined Cores

Bearings are pressed into a plastic, aluminum, or steel machined core and held in place with a precision press-fit or snap rings.

  • Easier bearing replacement: Swap out bearings without having to replace the entire wheel
Generally recommended for applications when a roller width greater than 2" is required.

Width

Modifying the surface width of a Bearing No-Crush Wheel is a simple request.  This can be done in volumes as low as one piece.  For significantly greater widths (2"+), we recommend stacking multiple Bearing Zero Crush Wheels together, as this will be the most cost and lead-time efficient manner.

Outside Diameter
