RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy for standard (non-customized) orders, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom or Customized Orders: Please note that all custom or customized orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us immediately at Info@NoCrushWheels.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
